Violet exists in three distinct universes: Dungeons & Dragons' Forgotten Realms, the isekai I promise I'm still writing I swear "The Adventurer's Guild Receptionist Just Clocked Me Boymoding In Another World!?", and a planned future work called "A Clockwork Heart."
In her D&D incarnation, Violet is a modron whose mind was placed in the body of a 14 year old girl as an experiment by Primus, god of order. In Boymoding Isekai, she is [REDACTED FOR SPOILERS]. And in A Clockwork Heart, she is an automaton created by the local vampire horologist. You know, like every rural village has.
All incarnations of Violet are cheerful, fashionable, and colourblind. She has an innate desire for order, but she rarely understands what that means beyond her tendency to frequently sort and organise her belongings. The clock in her eye does not keep accurate time, but rather spins when she is thinking, confused, or sleeping. In her D&D and Boymoding Isekai incarnations, it also spins when she uses magic.
